Find Your Dream Home

I began my real estate career in 1980 at the age of 20. After two years in residential sales, I transitioned to a commercial/investment specialist to serve as President of Rancho Vista Development, where we developed, built, and sold commercial, industrial, and residential properties throughout Southern California. In 1993, I purchased a small boutique residential company in Fallbrook that was originally founded in 1913. After an acquisition and subsequent merger, we became Coldwell Banker Village Properties, our market’s most successful locally-owned real estate company.

In addition to owning and operating the company, I am active in the industry, serving as a long-time Director of the California Association of Realtors, past President, and current Director of the North San Diego Country Realtors, where I was honored to receive the Realtor of the Year award. I also serve as board chair of CRMLS, the largest multiple listing service in the world, as well as board chair of REdistrubute, a joint venture of many of the largest multiple listing services in the country whose purpose is to aggregate data on behalf of the participating MLS organization to provide mortgage, insurance, and other related business with unbiased and current data.

With a passion for continually learning and growing, I became a certified mediator and arbitrator, providing expert witness testimony in complex real estate transaction litigation. In addition to owning and operating Coldwell Banker Village Properties, we founded Village Property Management and Village Escrow Services to provide my clients with a complete transaction experience more effectively. In my early twenties, I followed another passion when I earned a private pilot license and went on to include multi-engine and instrument ratings. When I get some time away from work I love to travel and ride my mountain bike.
